Restrooms

Restrooms in the Humanities Building
By Lupita Trujillo and Gloria Orozco

Many students are complaining about restroom services in the Humanities Building at S.B.C.C, because sometimes they are not at good conditions. The restrooms are few and there are many students. Restroom services are really important because all students use these facilities.
The restrooms are not enough for the number of students at S.B.C.C. Also, the toilet always needs paper. In the Humanities Building there is only one restroom and this has just two toilets to a lot of students. Also, the restroom is dirty occasionally, but it is because there are few workers and the students don’t take care of the restroom when they use it. Although the workers clean the restroom, it gets dirty fast because the restroom is small and has little space. In conclusion, many students think that it is indispensable that this building has more restrooms.

Did you know?

The things that you use in the restrooms are recyclable. The paper towels are made from 100% post consumer recycled paper; the toilet paper is currently 75% since January 2006. The blue plastic bags in the recycle bins are made from 100% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable. The restroom hand soap containers are now 100% recyclable. The floors on campus are cleaned with non-toxic “Hillyard Green Select Products” which do not contain any bleach, ammonia, and/or any harsh chemicals or oils.
